Cnova announces 4th Quarter and FY 2015 Net Sales and Financial Results release dates

AMSTERDAM, January 7, 2016— Cnova N.V. (NASDAQ and Euronext in Paris: CNV) will release its Full Year 2015 Net Sales on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 07:45 CET, and its Full Year 2015 Financial Results on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 07:45 CET.

Cnova will host its Full Year 2015 conference call and webcast on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 16:00 CET.
